Currently serving as the Operations & Marketing Lead at Vanloq, Milli combines expertise in event management with a background in IT to help drive strategic growth and client success.
With a background spanning event coordination, team leadership, and client relationship management, Milli's journey began in hospitality, where she honed the art of managing events of all sizes, including weddings, celebrations, and corporate events for up to 200 guests at two luxury Scottish venues.
Leveraging this foundation in event management, Milli transitioned into Vanloq effortlessly, where she now specialises in optimising operational strategies and marketing initiatives to support business objectives. Whether it's overseeing marketing campaigns, fine-tuning client operations, or leading a team with clear communication, Milli is committed to creating seamless, high-impact solutions that drive success for both clients and their teams.
