With over a decade of experience in the financial service sector, Maura is a dedicated and motivated individual with a sound business acumen, well developed leadership skills and track record in delivering cross-divisional strategic projects. Maura has a passion for innovation, managing continuous improvement initiatives as well as communication and driving improvements within client experience. 

From delivering transformational change across multi-brand businesses, coaching and supporting senior leadership teams to deliver behaviour changes to ensure sustained improvement in performance. Building and delivering effective capability solutions to ensure the business exceeded customer and stakeholder demands, as well as being responsible for operational delivery including headcount reporting, cost and budget setting.
